For Monthly Rebillable Subscriptions:
If your cancellation request is received before the 15th of the month, your last billed box will be for the current month, and your subscription will end before the next billing
cycle.
If your request is received on the 15th or later, you will be billed for the next box, and your subscription will end before the following billing cycle.
For Prepaid Subscriptions:
Cancellation is only allowed within the first month. For other requests, such as opting out of auto-renewal, please contact us.
